Beaumont, Texas, U.S.A. - May 9, 2007 - "Ol' Scratch" is the latest resin kit release from the new venture "Shiflett Brothers' Originals"
which will be producing resin kits, porcelain statues, and even bronze versions of the Brothers'
original designs and sculptures. This diabolical arch villain stands 11 1/2 inches tall and comes in 8 pieces, unpainted.
It retails for $119.95 and includes box art and photo art by the esteemed graphic designer Chad Michael Ward.
The "Ol' Scratch" kit, hand painted by the brothers, is featured in the upcoming annual Spectrum:
The Best in Contemporary Fantasy Art, Year 14. An "Ol' Scratch" Bronze Edition will also be produced in the near future.

The Shiflett Brothers have worked in the Comic Book Statue industry for 10 years sculpting or
co-sculpting the full size Incredible Hulk, The Juggernaut, Thanos, Matt Wagner's Grendel Prime,
and the upcoming Venom Vs. Spiderman all for Bowen Designs. The pair also produced the Draco from Dragonheart Statue
and David Mack's Kabuki (1995) Statue for Moore Creations. The Brothers also co-sculpted, with Alex Ross,
his creation Earth X Captain America for Dynamic Forces. Their work has been seen in numerous Spectrum Books,
which compile the year's best Fantasy Art. They won the Spectrum Silver Dimensional award for their work on Draco.
The Shiflett Brothers careers began with their maquette work on the ground breaking video game Oddworld: Abe's Oddyssee.
