I use the cloth wrap to help me visualize the character better as a full figure instead of just a bust.
Plus it makes it look cooler:) I might fabricate something for it to wear when it's finished and cast.

Congratulations to the winners!! Well diserved indeed!
Most of the pieces submitted were mindblowingly good in many different ways and very inspiring.I wouldn't want to be the one who had to choose which ones are the best!!:)
It was realy fun and i enjoyed it very much!I wish i could post a finished piece though. Maybe next time;)

Jarrod, the head is about 4-5 inches tall. I'm working on the body now ;)
Beaker, No. I think it's great for detailing. Just needs to be cold-firm when you start detailing it .

Here's a small update on the head. some small changes on the forms.










I'll post some pics with the rough body soon.

Hi everyone, here's something a little different from me.
I'll make it a full body sculpt probably lying down. The clay i used is called Monster clay prenium grade from Monstermakers.com
